Nomination Fee
The official participation fee that allows a company, brand, product, service, entrepreneur, leader, hotel, resort, spa, restaurant, or organisation to officially enter the award program and be considered for evaluation.

Winner Package Fee

Important: The fee structure is designed to keep the process transparent. The nomination fee supports official participation and evaluation access, while the winner package fee helps confirmed winners celebrate, promote, and professionally showcase their achievement after being independently selected by the jury.

However, final winner selection depends only on merit, eligibility, achievements, supporting information, voting where applicable, jury review, and evaluation quality.

Important Note: Award credits are valid only for the same year award program. They are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be carried forward to future award years.

Nomination Important Notes
- Paying a Nomination Fee does not guarantee winning.
- All award selections are based on merit, eligibility, achievements, supporting information, voting where applicable, jury review, and final evaluation quality.
- Nomination credits are valid only for the same year award program.
- Nomination credits are non-refundable once purchased.
- Nomination credits are non-transferable and cannot be used by a different company or individual.
- Nomination credits cannot be carried forward to future award years.
- The award organiser reserves the right to verify submitted information before approving the nomination.
- Incomplete, false, misleading, or unverifiable information may lead to rejection or disqualification of the nomination.
- Eligible packages may include award logo and award name usage rights after voting, subject to official award logo and branding guidelines.
- Winner logo usage may require confirmed winner status and Winner Package approval.
Winner Package Important Notes
- If a winner does not purchase any Winner Package within 10 days from the internal winner announcement date, The Golden Tree reserves the right to cancel the title and assign it to the next standing nominee.
- Failure to order a Winner Package within the required timeline may result in the winner being ineligible for complimentary nomination benefits across Golden Tree's 20+ award programs for the company and related individuals (CEO, GM, Director, CMO, Entrepreneur, Owner, and other leadership representatives) in upcoming years.
- A nominee may withdraw or cancel the nomination before it is approved in the first-level jury review. Once the process has moved forward, cancellation terms apply as per award policy.
- One award winning title equals one Winner Package. Each winning title requires its own dedicated Winner Package.
- If a company or individual wins in multiple award programs, they must order a separate Winner Package for each award program.
- If a winner wins in multiple categories under the same award program, they may order one Winner Package for that award program.
- Example 1: If a company wins at the International Travel Awards in two categories AND at the Golden Women Awards in one category, two Winner Packages are required — one for each award program.
- Example 2: If a company wins at the Golden Entrepreneur Awards in three categories, only one Winner Package is required for Golden Entrepreneur Awards.
- Each Winner Package includes only one physical item (trophy, plaque, or medal) as per the package inclusion.
- Additional trophies, plaques, or medals can be ordered at an additional cost, subject to availability and production timelines.
- If a winner has won multiple categories in the same award program, they may order a single package with one trophy mentioning all winning award categories.
Ordering a Winner Package
The winner must order a Winner Package because it includes the rights to use the award title, award name, winner title, official award logo, and all winner branding materials. If the Winner Package is not ordered, the winner must remove all references to the award name, title, logo, and related branding within 15 days from the internal winner announcement date.
- Physical items can be shipped to the winner's address at an additional shipping cost.
- Winners may also collect physical award items during the Gala Ceremony event, where applicable.
- Gala Ceremony tickets are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
- No refund is applicable if gala tickets are sold out, unavailable, or if the winner does not attend the Gala Ceremony.
Eligibility & Selection Rules
- Only confirmed winners are eligible to order the Winner Package.
- Participants who are not selected as winners cannot order a Winner Package.
- Every nomination must go through first-level jury review, voting, and final jury review to become a winner.
- Nomination does not guarantee winning an award under any circumstances.
- Winner selection is 100% based on the official award selection procedure and evaluation criteria.
- Participants must not approach the award team with any monetary benefit or offer to influence winning chances.
- Winners must read the Winner Package Terms and Conditions before placing an order.
