Everything European founders need to know before entering the 2026 programme.
Founders, co-founders, CEOs, SME owners, startup leaders and growth-company executives based anywhere across Europe — including the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Switzerland and beyond — are eligible. Entries are open to early-stage startups, scale-ups and established companies across every sector.
Winners are selected by an independent jury purely on merit. There is no public voting. Each nomination is assessed against fixed evaluation areas including entrepreneurial leadership, innovation, market impact, revenue growth, business sustainability and scalability.
No. The entire nomination and judging process is conducted remotely, so European founders can enter from any country. The celebration gala takes place on Saturday 14 November 2026 at The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi, and shortlisted nominees and winners are warmly invited to attend.
