Everything you need to know before submitting your nomination.
Any founder, co-founder, CEO or owner whose company builds or commercialises technology can enter — including software, SaaS, fintech, cloud, cybersecurity, hardware, deep tech, platforms and IT services. Entrepreneurs from any of 50+ countries and at any stage from early growth to scale-up are welcome to be nominated.
Winners are selected by an independent jury of business leaders and sector specialists, purely on merit. There is no public voting. Each nomination is scored against ten published evaluation areas covering leadership, innovation, market impact, growth and sustainability.
Winners receive a trophy and certificate, a published winner profile, a digital winner badge for marketing use, press and social recognition, and a place at the gala dinner held at The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi on 14 November 2026.
