Founders, co-founders, CEOs, startup leaders, family-business owners and growth-company executives based in Oceania — including Australia, New Zealand and the wider Pacific — across every industry are welcome to enter. You may nominate yourself, your company or a peer whose work you admire.
Every nomination is reviewed by an independent jury on merit. Judges assess entrepreneurial leadership, innovation, market impact, revenue growth, business sustainability, customer success, team development, scalability, industry contribution and vision. There is no public voting — outcomes are decided purely on the evidence submitted.
