Founders and leadership teams of early-stage and growth-stage companies — typically those operating for up to roughly seven years — are eligible. This includes pre-seed ventures, funded scale-ups, bootstrapped companies and post-revenue startups across any industry and any country.
Winners are chosen by an independent jury of investors, operators and industry experts. Every entry is scored on merit across ten evaluation areas including entrepreneurial leadership, innovation, market impact, revenue growth and scalability. There is no public voting; the decision rests entirely with the jury.
No. Profitability and external funding are not requirements. The jury evaluates traction, innovation, execution and potential. Bootstrapped, pre-revenue and venture-backed startups are all assessed on the strength of their progress and vision.
