The Family Business Awards honour family-owned and family-led enterprises that combine commercial performance with strong stewardship, continuity across generations and lasting contribution to their communities. Recognition is based on merit and decided by an independent jury.
Any business where a family holds significant ownership or leadership influence may enter, including first-generation founder families, multi-generational enterprises, family holding groups and family offices. Companies of all sizes and from all 50+ participating countries are welcome.
Winners are chosen by an independent jury using ten evaluation areas including entrepreneurial leadership, innovation, market impact, revenue growth, business sustainability and vision and strategy. There is no public voting; outcomes are determined purely on merit and evidence.
Winners receive a trophy and official certificate, a digital winner badge and press toolkit, profiling across the awards platform, and a place at the gala on 14 November 2026 at The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina.
