Any founder, co-founder, owner-manager or senior business leader based in Switzerland or running a Swiss-registered company can enter. This includes startup founders, SME owners, scale-up leaders, family-business successors and social entrepreneurs across every canton and sector.
Winners are chosen by an independent international jury on merit. There is no public voting. Each nomination is scored against published evaluation areas including entrepreneurial leadership, innovation, market impact, revenue growth, sustainability and scalability.
The gala ceremony takes place on Saturday 14 November 2026 at The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi. Attending in person is encouraged for networking and the trophy presentation, but winners who cannot travel still receive full recognition, digital assets and their award package.
