Our independent panel of entrepreneurs, operators and industry specialists reviews each nomination against ten core evaluation areas: Entrepreneurial Leadership, Innovation, Market Impact, Revenue Growth, Business Sustainability, Customer Success, Team Development, Scalability, Industry Contribution, and Vision & Strategy. Each area carries weight, and scores are aggregated to ensure that recognition reflects genuine substance rather than visibility or marketing spend.

This includes startup founders, SME owners, scale-up CEOs, family-business leaders, women entrepreneurs, young founders and social enterprise builders across all sectors, from Jakarta and Surabaya to Bandung, Bali and Medan.
Winners are selected purely on merit by an independent jury. There is no public voting. The panel evaluates entrepreneurial leadership, innovation, market impact, revenue growth, business sustainability, scalability and vision using a standardised scoring framework applied equally to every nominee.
No. Nominating and being judged are entirely remote. The awards gala takes place at The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina on Saturday 14 November 2026, and finalists and winners are invited to attend, but travel is optional and not required to enter or win.
