FIESTA’S STORY OF SUCCESS, wasn’t a smooth journey, that success was stumbling from failure to failure with no loss of enthusiasm, that’s why when we approach failure with a positive attitude and a perspective of growth, we allow ourselves to turn it into a success. Every failure is an opportunity to adapt and change the way we do things so that the following result is better, whatever it may be. So returning quickly from disappointment requires strength and a development mentality. Embrace disappointment as a learning a valuable open door and continue to push ahead.

Most great people have attained their greatest success just one step beyond their greatest failure. Always remember “Albert Einstein” words that turned to a quote : Failure is success in progress. So from my experience and point of view, do not only read success stories. You will get only message and sometimes frustration. Read failure stories. You will get some ideas to get success.

And moreover, some stories are edited well for marketing purpose in order to turn a businessman from entrepreneur to a Hero, it’s like similar to Social Media nowadays, where social media platforms often feature images of people with seemingly perfect faces, bodies, life style, love stories, often using filters and photo editing tools, and fake smiles, to enhance their appearance and social image, unfortunately this can create unrealistic beauty and life standards, leading to body dissatisfaction, low self-esteem, complaint and frustration about the way your life is with your partner, in both women and men.

So last but not least, my advice to every ambitious person, regardless of age:

• I will start with my motto that has accompanied me throughout 30 years of success, failure, fatigue, crying, and celebration: DON'T WAIT FOR OPPORTUNITY, CREATE IT!
• Success is stumbling from failure to failure with no loss of enthusiasm … Optimism is the faith that leads to achievement.
• Keep your eyes on the stars, and your feet on the ground ... Get a good idea and stay with it ...
• Do not stop thinking of life as an adventure ... But keep in mind that perfection is not attainable ...
• Money is just a consequence, don't worry too much about profitability. If you do your job well, the profitability will come.
• Born in Beirut, Lebanon on 2 September 1974, married and has a 22 years’ old son, and 2 daughters 20 and 15 years old. Holding two Nationalities: Lebanese & Slovenian.
• In year 1992, he was graduated from International College / IC – Beirut, and holds a Postgraduate Diploma / MASTER IN ARCHITECTURE from the Lebanese University in Beirut

• Founder and CEO of ATRIUM ARCHITECTURE / LEB - KSA – UAE: In 2006 he developed an engineering and themed contracting company called ATRIUM ARCHITECTURE, and
  later in 2007 a branch and factory were launched in Jeddah-KSA and in Sharjah-UAE in 2015. ATRIUM is certified by ISO 9001:2015.
• In 2009, he became partner and board member of PASCAL INTERMEDIATE SCHOOL in Beirut, Lebanon.
• In 2010, he took FIESTA to another level and got the company FIESTA GROUP SARL - Beirut certified by ISO9001:2015.
• In 2013, he founded with Mr. Tarek Nassif EVENTS & BEYOND in Jeddah – KSA, Franchising the Concept FIESTA.
• in 2016, he bought and developed IGUAL GULF FIREWORKS in Abu Dhabi, to be in 3 years, one of the pioneer companies in GCC in fireworks industry. IGF is now certified by
  ISO 45001:2018.
• In 2018, he established with Ms. Tiffany (Li Sha) a new company in Liuyang – China which is SHANGLI FIESTA PYROTECHNICS.
• ARTBEAT EVENTS MANAGEMENT LLC founded in 2018, with Mr. Majdi Zebian in KSA and UAE. ARTBEAT is certified by ISO 9001:2015.
• MUZE ENTERTAINMENT & MUZE STUDIOS: founded in 2019, with Mr. Majdi Zebian and Mr. Rashad Badawi to serve KSA, UAE and Qatar event markets.
• In 2020, he launched with Mr. Qaseem Ahmed a new business line, TRAVENTURE TOURS LLC - Dubai certified by ISO 9001:2015, and later in year 2024, they launched a
  branch in Pakistan
• In 2021, he launched with Mr. Qaseem Ahmed and Mr. Ahmad Shirawi, a new Real Estate concept … GREYSTONE HOLIDAY HOMES at silicon Oasis – Dubai.
• In 2021, he founded with Eng. Houssam El Akkawi, Mr. Khaled Najm and Mr. Fares Omar, ARCUS CONTRACTING LTD for fitout-out and they established a developed carpentry
  in Jeddah-KSA.
• In 2022, he developed the holding business in Saudi Arabia as founder and CEO, and established FIESTA ARABIA INVEST to manage and run his business at Saudi Arabia.
• In 2022, he founded with Mr. Zebian and Mr. Badawi, NABD ARABIA LTD for Arts and Music to manage ARTBEAT and MUZE businesses and services in Saudi Market.
• In 2023, he founded with Eng. Bilal El Sayyed, Eng. Houssam El Akkawi and Mr. Khaled Najm. A construction company which is GREYSTONE CONTRACTING LTD - KSA
• In 2023, he launched with Mr. Kamal Koleilat and Mr. Mohamad Mohamad, BAITY REAL ESTATE LLC in Ajman – UAE.
• In 2023, Architect Wissam El Akkawi and his partner Mr. Majdi Zebian, invested in hospitality field, and bought DOWNTOWN CAFÉ in Riyadh – KSA.
• In 2024, he launched with Mr. Qaseem Ahmed a new business line, ALIF MEDIA LLC based in UAE and Pakistan.
• In 2024, he launched with Mr. Majdi Zebian and Mr. Rashad Badawi, WOW EVENT SERVICES to serve the Saudi event market with logistics "SEATS" and innovative services
  "REPLAY".
• In 2024, EVENTS & BEYOND services has been developed, and reference to the company mega achievements, partners decided to change the name to ARCHILINE FOR
  CONTRACTING, and the company based to its qualification, has been CLASSIFIED "A" by the MINISTRY OF MUNICIPAL AND RURAL AFFAIRS AND HOUSING OF SAUDI ARABIA
